Implementasi Algoritma Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) untuk Klasifikasi Penyakit Ginjal Kronik

Degenerative disease is a non-communicable that arises from an unhealthy lifestyle, so it can reduce the physical and mental quality of sufferer. Chronic Kidney Disease (CDK) degenerative included in world's top 10 causes death according to World Health Organization (WHO). This study used CDK data with attributes age, blood pressure, weight, albumin levels, sugar red cells, pus cell clots, bacteria, urea creatinine serum, sodium, magnesium, hemoglobin, volume occupied by blood, indications hypertension, diabetes mellitus, coronary heart disease, appetite, swelling calves or feet, anemia. Therefore, classification kidney carried out implementation superior Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) algorithm produces high level accuracy. The results using RapidMiner tools application NBC algorithm, accuracy value 96.43%, average recall 93.18%, precision 93.02%, AUC 93.2%. be concluded performance classifying chronic excellent.
